We are delighted to announce that we have been named as one of the UK’s best employers in the Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2024. 

Heartwood met the stringent requirements with an 81% engagement score in the workplace survey and 9% above the average industry engagement rating. The survey results highlighted that our people feel supported in their career development and they are recognised for their invaluable contribution to the business. 

It follows our recent double win at the Publican Awards and the R200 ‘Best Food Led Pub Group’ award. 

With our ambitious growth plan we will be creating 750 new jobs across the business and opening five more sites in 2024 alone following the successful opening of The White Horse in Dorking (our first pub with rooms) and The Quill & Scholar in Lichfield.
